This month's winner is the incredible INBA PNBA Physique Pro and personal trainer, Jodie Litzow!
What started as a way to create a healthier lifestyle for herself, opened up a whole new world and even career! Here is Jodie's story in her own words...
"My son was 8 years old when I finally had enough of the “post baby” weight gain. It was then that I started exercise with a personal trainer from her home. 12 Months later and 8kgs lighter I joined a gym.
In 2016 I shifted in career from photographer to personal trainer as weight lifting became my new passion. I started up my own private training studio for women from my own home. It was at that time that I was intrigued with bodybuilding competitions but actually training for and stepping on stage didn’t happen till 2021.
With the support, and knowledge of my coach, Mike Waddington, I stepped on stage as a first timer in figure and physique at the INBA TEAM AUSTRALIA comp in October 2021. Walking away with multiple placings and a Physique Pro Card.
This would not have been at all possible without the support of my husband and son (now 18 years) and my wonderful clients.
2022 brings the opportunity to grow whilst enjoying life, to then step On stage again in 2023/2024."
Our mission is to help celebrate wins and inspire many more, by hanging medals properly.
